Personal data processing policy
This policy explains what data I receive through the form on kiloart.ru, why I need it and what happens to it next.
Updated: 3 October 2026
1. Who processes the data
The personal data operator is Anatoly Vakhtin, freelance developer and owner of kiloart.ru.
To get in touch about data processing: Telegram @vakhtinwell, WhatsApp +7 922 367-02-10.
2. What the form collects
Your name, phone number, task description (if you filled it in) and the contact channel you chose.
Each request also keeps a technical trace: the time it was sent and a hash of the IP address. The raw IP address is not stored — the hash is only there to filter spam and repeated submissions.
3. Why I need it
To reply to your request, discuss the task, estimate the timeline and the price, and contact you the way you prefer.
The data is never used for newsletters, advertising or profiling, and is not shared with third parties for their own purposes.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is the consent you give with the checkbox in the form (Article 6, part 1, clause 1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”).
Consent is voluntary. Without it the form will not send, but you can always write to me directly on Telegram or WhatsApp.
5. Where the data is stored
Requests are kept in a log on a server located in Russia for no longer than 12 months.
A notification about each request reaches me on Telegram: the text is transmitted through the official Bot API of Telegram Messenger Inc. It goes nowhere else.
6. Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers or analytics systems.
Only your interface language choice is kept in the browser's localStorage. You can clear it in your browser settings at any time.
7. Your rights
You can withdraw your consent and ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion. Message me on Telegram or WhatsApp to do so.
I answer such requests within 10 working days. Once consent is withdrawn, processing stops and the data is deleted unless there are other grounds to keep it.
8. Changes to this policy
The current version of the policy is always on this page, with the update date above. If the rules change significantly, I will update both the text and the date.
